Beginner Level 2 Program
This was designed to follow up the Beginner Level 1 program. If you have not done the Level 1 program then I suggest starting there first. These programs will go hand in hand with slowly progressing from a beginner to intermediate fitness level in the weight room.
8 week program - 4 sessions per week
Slowly increases the difficulty of exercises and volume from week to week.
Program has pages of detailed yet simplified scientific principles: nutrition, exercise order / selection, reps in reserve, workout intensity techniques, etc.
